Refunds for registration and accommodation fees will be processed as follows:
One or before 30th April 2026 - 75% refund.
From 1st May to 31st August 2026 - 50% refund.
After 1st September 2026 - No refund will be issued
In the case of a "No Show" no refund or conference certificate ill be provided.
All refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference.
